Verification confirms a document is accurate and approved for AI use. Unverified or blocked documents should not reach customer applications.

Steps
- 1
Open Reviews
Click Knowledge, then Reviews.

Submit a document
From Nintendo Refund Policy document, click Submit for verification.

Complete checklist
Answer checklist items for policy documents if your workspace requires them.

Reviewer opens queue item
Reviewers open Assigned tab, read changes, and approve or request changes.

Set verified status
On approval, verification becomes Verified with verified date and reviewer recorded.

Schedule next review
Set review interval so status moves to Review due when the next review date arrives.
Common issues
- Stuck in pending verification.
- Assign a reviewer with Reviewer role and ensure review item is not cancelled.
- Conflicted status after review.
- Resolve conflict in Knowledge Health before re-verifying.
