Workspace search helps authors and reviewers find documents quickly across collections, titles, and body text.

Steps
- 1
Open search
Press Cmd+K and choose Search Knowledge, or use the search button in the top bar when viewing Knowledge.

Enter query
Search for refund window in the Nintendo workspace.

Apply filters
Filter by collection Nintendo Refund Policy or verification Verified.

Open result
Click a result to open the document editor.

Copy link
Use Copy link from document menu to share with reviewers.
Common issues
- No results for known document.
- Check Archived filter. Archived documents may be hidden by default.
- Search slow on large workspace.
- Narrow by collection or owner first.
