Steps

Identify failing source
Filter documents by source check Unreachable or Invalid URL.

Test URL externally
Confirm page is public in a browser without authentication.

Update or replace URL
Edit source URL to canonical Help Center link.

Re-run check
Click Check now and wait for OK status.

Retry failed import
Imports list, open failed job, fix row errors, retry.

Escalate blocked hosts
If host blocks Wiki fetch, paste content manually and set Manual source type.
Common issues
- Import completed but body empty.
- Source page may require login. Copy content into editor manually.
- Changed status on cosmetic edits.
- Review diff. Dismiss or approve without body change if immaterial.
