Steps

Manual path
Create document in Knowledge. Source type is Manual with no upstream URL.

Import path
Knowledge, Imports, upload Markdown export from Nintendo Help Center.

URL path
Imports, Import from URL, paste public help article link.

Link source on existing doc
Open document settings, Add source URL, save.

Run initial check
Click Check now on URL source to populate status.

Assign owner
Set owner responsible for responding to change alerts.
