Documents are the unit of governed knowledge in Wiki. Each has lifecycle status, verification, owner, and optional source links.

Steps

Open All Knowledge
Click Knowledge, then All Knowledge.

Filter the list
Use filters for collection, lifecycle status, verification status, and owner to find Nintendo Refund Policy documents.

Create a document
Click Create document. Enter title and select collection Nintendo Refund Policy.

Write in the editor
Add structured headings and short paragraphs so citations point to precise sections.

Set metadata
Assign owner, review interval, and lifecycle Draft while you edit.

Publish when ready
Move lifecycle to Needs review, complete verification, then Published when approved.
Common issues
- Document not searchable.
- Confirm lifecycle is not Archived and you have workspace access.
- Cannot edit document.
- You need Editor or Workspace admin role in the Nintendo workspace.
