Add your first governed source so AI Applications can retrieve verified Nintendo content instead of guessing.

Steps

Open Imports
In the Nintendo workspace, click Knowledge, then Imports in the subnav.

Choose URL import
Select Import from URL. Paste a Nintendo Help Center article URL, such as a getting started guide page.

Preview and confirm
Review the extracted title and body. Adjust the target collection to Nintendo Help Center if needed, then start the import.

Open the new document
When import completes, open the document from All Knowledge. Confirm the Sources panel shows the linked URL and check status.

Assign an owner
Set Owner to a support lead. Add a review interval appropriate for help content, such as 90 days.

Submit for verification
From the document header, set lifecycle to Needs review and click Submit for verification. Complete the checklist if your workspace requires one.

Verify when approved
After a reviewer approves, verification status becomes Verified. The document is eligible for AI Applications scoped to that collection.
Common issues
- Import fails with unreachable URL.
- Confirm the page is public and returns HTML. See Troubleshooting sources for invalid or blocked URLs.
- Document stays unverified.
- A reviewer must complete the Review Queue item. Check Knowledge, Reviews for pending tasks.
