Run a refund question in Answer Playground before customers do. Saved tests make regressions visible when Nintendo Refund Policy changes.

Steps

Open Answer Playground
Click Answers in the sidebar, then Playground.

Select the application
Choose Nintendo Support Assistant and Staging environment.

Ask a high-risk question
Enter: What is Nintendo refund window for annual plans? Submit the question.

Inspect the response
Review answer text, citations to Nintendo Refund Policy, and the policy decision badge. Confirm no internal sources appear.

Save as test case
Click Save as test case. Name it Annual plan refund window and require at least one citation from Nintendo Refund Policy.

Re-run after knowledge changes
When policy updates, re-run the test from Answers, Test Cases. Failed runs appear in Runs with diff details.
Common issues
- Answer has no citations.
- Confirm the refund policy document is verified and in an allowed collection. Check Permissions scopes.
- Playground run limit reached.
- See Usage and limits on the organization billing page. Upgrade plan or wait for monthly reset.
