Steps

Find document to archive
Locate deprecated Nintendo promotional article in All Knowledge.

Archive
Set lifecycle to Archived or use Archive action from document menu.

Confirm Docs Site
Open Docs Sites publishing panel and unpublish if still linked.

Verify AI block
Run Access simulator on Nintendo Support Assistant to confirm archived doc is denied.

Restore when needed
Open Knowledge, Archive, select document, click Restore. Set lifecycle to Needs review and re-verify.
Common issues
- Archived document still cited.
- Clear application cache by re-running Playground. Confirm policy denies archived lifecycle.
- Cannot restore without permission.
- Workspace admin or editor role required.
