Open a document
From All Knowledge, open a Nintendo Help Center article.

Use heading structure
Apply H2 and H3 for major sections such as Eligibility and How to request a refund.

Use bullet lists for steps and tables for plan comparison when helpful.

Link related documents
Highlight text and add internal links to related Nintendo articles.

Attach media if needed
Use the insert menu for images stored as attachments when screenshots help support.

Preview
Click Preview to see reader formatting before submitting for verification.
Common issues
- Formatting lost after paste.
- Use Paste as Markdown from the editor menu when copying from external tools.
- Preview differs from published Docs Site.
- Docs Sites apply theme styles. Verify on the Docs Site preview after publishing.
