Wiki is a workspace for governed knowledge that powers AI Applications, Answers, and Docs Sites. This guide explains how collections, permissions, and verification fit together before you configure anything.

Steps

Open your workspace
Sign in and select the Nintendo organization. Choose the Nintendo workspace from the workspace switcher in the left sidebar.

Review the Overview page
The workspace Overview shows recent activity, open review items, and shortcuts to Knowledge, AI Applications, Answers, and Docs Sites.

Browse Knowledge
Click Knowledge in the sidebar, then All Knowledge. You will see documents such as Nintendo Help Center articles grouped by collection and lifecycle status.

Inspect an AI Application
Open AI Applications and select Nintendo Support Assistant. Note its type, environment, and linked collections on the application detail page.

Check Permissions
Open Permissions in the sidebar. The Access Matrix shows which collections each application may retrieve and the policy decision for each scope.

Visit Knowledge Health
Open Health in the sidebar. The Overview tab summarizes score, stale documents, conflicts, and open issues that can block AI use.

Try the Answer Playground
Open Answers, then Playground. Select Nintendo Support Assistant and ask a sample refund question to see how answers use governed knowledge.
Common issues
- Sidebar items are missing or read-only.
- Confirm your workspace role. Viewers can browse but cannot edit knowledge or applications. Ask a workspace admin to upgrade your role if needed.
- No documents appear in Knowledge.
- Your workspace may be new. Follow Create a workspace and Your first source to add initial content.
