Steps

Open Health
Click Health in the sidebar.

Review Overview
Note score, open issues count, stale documents, and unresolved conflicts for Nintendo workspace.

Open Issues
Click Issues in the subnav. Sort by severity.

Triage a stale document
Open a Review due item, assign owner, and schedule verification.

Resolve a conflict
Open contradictory statement flag between Help Center and Refund Policy. Edit or mark resolved after fix.

Track improvement
Return to Overview weekly to confirm score rises as issues close.
Common issues
- Score dropped suddenly.
- Often caused by source changed flags. Review Sources monitoring alerts.
- Dismissed issue reappears.
- Underlying document still fails checks. Fix root cause instead of dismissing repeatedly.
