Collections group documents by audience and purpose so permissions and AI Applications can target the right knowledge.

Steps

Open Collections
Click Knowledge, then Collections in the subnav.

Create a collection
Click Create collection. Name it Nintendo Help Center and add description Public customer help articles.

Set audience metadata
Add audience label Customers. This label is descriptive metadata and does not sync customer identity.

Assign default owner
Set default owner to your support lead so new documents inherit ownership.

Add documents
Open All Knowledge, select documents, and use Add to collection to place articles in Nintendo Help Center.

Review collection health
Open Health and filter issues by collection to confirm owners and review dates are set.
Common issues
- Collection missing from AI Application wizard.
- Add at least one verified document to the collection first.
- Duplicate collection names confuse reviewers.
- Use distinct names such as Nintendo Refund Policy versus Nintendo Help Center.
